Lauren VanderZicht - Head Trainer/Instructor/Coach Lauren is a Certified Ma and USHJA Trainer. She operates VanderZicht Stables. She has been riding for 25 years. She grew up in Connecticut riding under top trainers in the hunter/jumpers discipline through her successful Junior show career. She attended Assumption College where she became professional during her college years. As a professional, Lauren has been teaching and coaching beginners through advanced students for 10 years along with traveling the circuit and successfully competing. She now enjoys watching her students grow into successful equestrian athletes at home and at shows. Her decision to open her own facility, VanderZicht Stables, is a result of her expertise, experience and passion for the equine world.
Amanda Conrad - Instructor/Coach/Manager - Amanda has been riding for 25 years. She grew up in Massachusetts riding, and gaining knowledge in the equine industry. She has always worked incredibly hard to support her equine passion and further her skills throughout her life. She has worked for many top rated farms in Massachusetts. She has an incredible way of connecting and communicating with her students. She shares her knowledge in an encouraging, professional manner that allows her students to progress quickly. Since Amanda has gone professional, she has been teaching, coaching and training non-stop. She loves getting her students ready for the show ring and guiding them to having a successful, safe experience. Amanda works full time at VanderZicht Stables and we couldn’t be happier.

Matilda Miglio- Instructor/IEA Coach- Matilda has been riding since she was a young girl. She has owned her own horses riding and competing in her youth. She loves training and riding off track thoroughbreds. Her passion for teaching and riding shows in her lessons. She was on the ISHA team at Johnson and Wales University. She is now using her college riding experience to coach our IEA riders. Our barn and riders are lucky to have her as a part of the team!
